Sweet Tooth Cannabis Strain Profile
This Sweet Tooth review was made possible by Speed Greens Online Dispensary. They were kind enough to send The Chronic Beaver a sample of their AAAA grade Sweet Tooth strain so we can share the good word about this award-winning strain with our fellow connoisseurs and fanatics.
The Sweet Tooth cannabis strain isn’t the strongest-hitting variant on the market but makes up for it with its flower and sweet presence. This strain is popular among insomnia patients especially, as it can enable them to find a restful night of sleep while allowing them to instantly find peace of mind.
Sweet Tooth is an award-winning strain that is known for its warm and lovely presence. This indica-dominant hybrid stems from three purebred landrace strains, namely Afghani, Nepalese and Hawaiian, thus resulting in a fragrant and flowery strain that is known for being an enjoyable and long lasting smoke.
This strain has some notable awards under its belt, most prominently winning first place indica during the 2001 High Times Cannabis Cup. Sweet Tooth was originally created by Barney’s Farm and has since risen to fame as a go-to sedative for medical and recreational users alike, making it an easy choice for anyone looking for a feel-good smoke.

The Chronic Beaver’s Speed Greens Review of Sweet Tooth
The Sweet Tooth sample Speed Greens provided is one of their AAAA premium balanced-hybrid strains. The sample included 1 large bud and one medium sized bud (3.5 grams) both were dense and caked in sugary like crystals, or snowy like trichomes, sweet! The buds had a medium green hue and were literally covered in orange hairs. They were expertly trimmed and cured and they vaped superbly.
Unpacking & Fragrance
The sample came in a vacuum sealed bag with 3 other samples each in their own pill bottle with airtight containers that included a Boveda pack for good measure. The Sweet Tooth container was properly labeled with the stain name, weight, and appropriate warnings. There was no overkill with the container usage, as in wasted packaging, a perfect sized container for the perfect amount of BC bud.
Sweet Tooth’s fragrance was flowery, berry-like and sweet, it reminded me of a cheery BC spring morning in late March.
My test crew and I vaped this strain in my DaVinci IQ vape. In the vape, the Sweet Tooth performed great, it’s vapor tasted sweet and ginger like almost, and the clouds were satisfying. When we set the vape on a lower temperature (#2 smart path setting), the Sweet Tooth’s flavor was even better with more intense sweet gingery outdoor flavor, but it gave me a serious case of dry mouth.
How did Sweet Tooth effect us? Speed Green’s Sweet Tooth effects crept up on us, it wasn’t hard hitting, its Sativa effects seemed to be more prominent than its Indica counterparts. We were all chilled right out with good happy vibes all around us, but there wasn’t much get up and go enthusiasm that we were expecting. There was also no hard crash, or sugar crash if you will, overall it was a great body stone.
We don’t have much to report on Sweet Tooth’s negative effects, other than the dry mouth mention.
Sweet Tooth felt more like a Sativa dominant strain that gave us a was a very relaxing and stress-free experience. It tasted and vaped great, and looked even better. Speed Greens supplied us with high-quality beautiful samples to review, I would recommend Sweet Tooth from them to anyone who are Sativa fans but also with a little bit of Indica thrown in. Just don’t plan to do much when on Sweet Tooth, you’ll have a lazy kind of day.

How to Grow – Sweet Tooth Cannabis Strain
Growing Sweet Tooth
Sweet Tooth is a strain that is relatively easy to grow, both in indoor settings, but especially in an outdoor setting. This indica needs some trimming and support as it flowers, as its branches can become heavy with flowers over time. It is, however, naturally resistant to pests and molds, making it quite easy to cultivate.
Sweet Tooth grown indoors can be expected to yield an average of about 16 ounces of bud per square meter. This plant should take an average of 8 to 9 weeks to flower and be ready for a hearty harvest.
This indica dominant strain when grown outdoors can be expected to yield an average of 18 ounces per plant. Sweet Tooth is usually ready for a harvest around late September to early October.
